Negative energies have often higher frequencies than positive energies. When we talk to someone, we share our thoughts, and people often try to change other people’s perception about something. So, if you spend your time with negative people who criticize and judge others even for good things, you will be one of them. When your gut feelings say NO to someone, RUN, you can unpack the details later.
Negativity often comes with criticism and judgment, which can erode your self-esteem. That’s why it’s important to surround yourself with positive influences that will help you build your confidence and encourage self-compassion.

The confidence you want to gain is through the promises you made with yourself every day. When you decided to do something, complete a certain task, or avail that opportunity, and then you didn’t accomplish that, you lose your self-trust. Confidence is lost through the promises that know you can do, but you didn’t do because laziness or some other..
So, when you follow commitments, you reinforce your self-worth and this demonstrates that your goals are important to you. It builds self-trust and increases overall productivity.

Are you sure your friends, colleagues, and co-workers are not impacting your life?
Toxic relations or negative people drain your energy in such a way that you can barely remember your old self. Whenever you realize the person in front of you is not good for your mental health and well-being, just stay away, no second thought.
Intuitions don’t lie. Believe your Gut feelings.
When you let go of these negative people you make room for healthier connections.
Be selective while choosing friends and spouses
. Make sure they support you, respect you, and love you.

People often make drama just for attention. Unnecessary conflicts often lead to stress and distractions. If the problem can be solved by negotiation, just solve it. No need to make drama.
Always be calm and solve issues or conflicts with patience. If it is not necessary, then just avoid this. It will be a waste of time and energy.
By doing so, you prioritize your mental health and inner peace.
10. Take “Me Time”:
Dedicate specific time of your week for yourself. Do your hobbies, do some skin care. Go for dinner, or read something new. Spending time with yourself increases self-love and self-awareness. Thus, enhance productivity.
